OXFORD RANCH CAMPGROUND
Friday
Storm coming in...
...and come in it did. We had a
major thunderstorm with heavy rain and cold, gusting winds that night.
Some people woke up soaked, their setups ruined by the storm...
Saturday
Saturday dawned cold and windy.
We had a brief snow flurry. By midday, just over half of the
contingent had succumbed to cold and equipment failure and left. The
rest of us regrouped, built a fire, and carried on.
fishbait decided to brave another night
with tarp setup.
so did eechay... both had weathered the
storm surprisingly well.

Oddly enough, Sunday dawned bright and
beautiful!
