SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders are most welcome. As a small family business we cannot stock all of the wonderful products available to us. However, we are happy to special order anything we can. We can get most special order items in within a week. Other items may take longer, depending on product availability.
We do not require a minimum order amount for special orders and there is no additional fee, although pre-payment is generally required.Some items available through special order are listed on our site. These items usually take 1 to 2 weeks to get to you depending on availability from the manufacturer. We will contact you with an estimated day of delivery. Special order items listed on our website may be ordered at the same time as in stock items to save on shipping charges, they will just ship separately.
We will special order any product from Maxpedition, even if it is not listed on our site. Most production knife models can be ordered as well. Nalgene can be special ordered in any size or color. All Mountain House Foods can be special ordered in any quantity. Products by Ultimate Survival not listed on our site are available special order as well.

All orders must be paid in US currency and provide a shipping address within the United States.
No international orders at this time please.Buyer must be 18 years of age or older and of legal age to possess purchases.

Two Wolves Outdoor, its management, staff and affiliates are not legally responsible or liable for buyers' actions including purchase of goods and use of goods.

RETURN POLICIES
We like our customers to feel free to contact us with
any questions or concerns or if they feel the need to return an item.
Approved returns should come back to us in new condition with all
tags/packaging/paperwork intact. Refunds, if necessary, will be
processed once the returned item arrives and is evaluated. Likewise, exchanges
are sent out once the item arrives and is evaluated. If we have sent
you the wrong item and it needs to be sent back for exchange, you will be
refunded the cost of shipping the item back to us once it arrives. If you
order something and simply do not like it, you can contact us and
return it in new condition. The cost of shipping the item back will be your obligation.
RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
Most of our gear has a manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranties are handled by the manufacturer. However, please feel free to contact us if you need assistance processing one.
