The Maxpedition JUMBO S-TYPE Versipack fulfills the multitude of requests for a larger Fatboy S-Type with more bells and whistles, and an effective concealed carry system utilizing the Fatboy S-Type shoulder sling concept. NTOA TESTED & RECOMMENDED. Ideal for discrete CCW.

The Maxpedition JUMBO S-type 's main compartment is over 50% larger than the Fatboy S-Type. In addition, it has three zippered accessory pockets, two sleeve pockets, and one collapsible drawstring pocket fitted for a 32oz/1L Nalgene water bottle or a radio. The Jumbo S-Type has four places for modular expansion with other Maxpedition accessories using Malice clips (sold separately), an external keyper on the shoulder strap for gloves, key ring gear, ect., and an internal silent keyper for keys or other key ring gear. The Jumbo S-Type also had a 2” lockable main buckle for security and stability, a Velcro quick-release belt loop to keep the pack snug at your side, and a comfortable padded shoulder strap.

The Maxpedition JUMBO S-Type rear slip compartment is equipped with large loop Velcro patches to accommodate the Maxpedition Hook & Loop Modular Accessories (e.g. #3501 Universal CCW Modular Holster, see below). For those who carry, this system allows the user to position their concealed carry firearm for a quick strong side draw or weak side cross draw. For those who do not concealed carry, this system used with the 3 Mag Holder or Dual Mag Holder (detailed below) provides a convenient access to other items such as a multi-tool, small flashlight, folding knife, knife sharpener, extra mags for open carry, and other like-sized necessities.

The Maxpedition Jumbo S-Type, with its many options, comfortable strap, and generous capacity, has proven itself to be a great pack for your emergency go-bag, daily carry bag, or hiking day pack. It is also a great carry for a day at the theme park or zoo and a sturdy alternative "diaper bag" for parents and families on the go.

When preparing your Maxpedition Jumbo S-Type for a day hike or as an emergency go-bag, don't forget the Mountain House freeze dried food pouches.
