Big and bold, the Maxpedition M-5 Waistpack is roughly two and a half times the size of its little brother, the Maxpedition M-1, with much more space and many more compartments. The full opening main compartment has an accordion divider while the expandable frontal compartment is secured by bungee cord.

For outdoor activities, the M-5 can carry talkabout radios, GPS's, binoculars, or small laser ranger finders as well as emergency gear, firestarter, compass, pocket knife, first aid, energy bar. Its ability to be spread open makes the M-5 ideal for a tough-as-nails first-aid kit container.

Also great for carrying digital cameras or DV camcorders with their accessories and cables. Perfect on vacation for securing money, ID, travelers checks and whatever supplies you need while touring, walking the strip or strolling thru a theme park.

The M-5 Waistpack can be worn on the belt directly or attached onto MAXPEDITION backpacks or PALS webbing.

Like all MAXPEDITION Gear, the M-5 Waistpack is superiorly constructed using Dupont Teflon -treated 1000-Denier nylon fabric, Duraflex nylon hardware, YKK#10 high strength zippers, 550 paracord knot pulls and double stitching with composite nylon thread.
