This is the TOPS TOM BROWN SCOUT.  It is the original design of the
renowned Tom Brown and was designed as a companion knife to the Tracker, though it is an outstanding knife in its own right.  It is a small spear point knife of the same steel as the Tracker and with the same finish, designed for finer and simpler camp chores.   

THE BLADE  is a 3" long spear point made of 5/32" thick 1095 High Carbon alloy Steel, the steel used to make the tools that cut other steel. The blade features a black traction coating, textured thumb ramp and a Tom Brown signature logo with the Scout name.

THE HANDLE is Black Linen Micarta Scales over full tang with finger grooves, spacers and lanyard hole.

THE SHEATH is molded KYDEX with a heavy duty LBE rotating clip for multiple carry options.

Note from TOPS: No two TOPS knives are exactly identical.  Each knife is in the hands of a craftsman, doing grinding on either blade or handle.  Overall sizes may vary 1/8 to 1/4 inch on the same model.  All final blade edges are also done by hand using leather belts or straps.
